With no internal hammer the MK3's bolt has little to do except operate the rifles' 10 shot magazine and seat the pellet directly into the rifling, resulting in a bolt action which is supremely under-stressed. One of the safest air rifles ever, Daystate supplies a special key with each Mk3, that when inserted in the switch housed within the rifles' trigger guard, immobilises the rifle and isolates the power. That power comes from a special rechargeable battery concealed in the stock and is capable of powering many thousands of shots. Add to this a choice of two superb walnut stocks, electronic safety catch, regulator, match trigger, automatic shot counting and that Daystate quality and you'll understand why so many shooters are changing to a MK3.

The New FT-R combines the new Mk3 "Lean Charge" electronics with a pneumatic regulator for a greater amount of shots per charge. Fitted with an adjustable walnut stock, single-shot tray and a full barrel shroud.
Features:

10 Shot Magazine
This tough, quick-loading removable
magazine can be fitted from either side of
the rifle. The visual spy holes show shot
availability at a glance.

Single Shot Option
By removing the magazine and
fitting the supplied loading tray, the
rifle can be used as a single shot with
the pellets loading directly into the
Walther barrel.

Pneumatic Regulator
Regulated performance means more shots per charge with single figure variation. The Mk3 FT-R regulator is externally fitted rather than buried inside the rifle. This format retains more air capacity, makes servicing easier and is a contributing factor to the huge shot capacity.

Electronic Firing System
The Harper patent Capacitive Discharge Technology (CDT) delivers a huge increase in performance over mechanical systems in terms of lock time. It gives a smooth firing cycle equalling greater efficiency and ultimately, superb accuracy. At the heart of the new CDT system is a microprocessor that controls power delivery and provides a superb multi-adjustable match grade electronic trigger. The Mk3 now contains multiple easily adjustable, digitally accurate power settings, the new "Lean Charge" technology, as well as an audible and visible magazine empty warning and shot counter to let you know when the rifle needs refilling with air and pellets. There is even an option to switch the safety catch warning light on and off for dawn/dusk shooting.

Electronic Trigger Lock
Each rifle is fitted with a key
activated electronic isolator, preventing
unauthorised use and adding
another level of safety never
seen before on an airgun.

MK3 Safety
CDT electronics makes the MK3 the safest airgun ever. When the safety catch is applied the internal microprocessor will instantly inhibit firing and power is removed. In addition the rifle has an "Auto-Safe" feature that automatically inhibits firing if left unused with the safety catch off for 30 minutes and will beep and flash periodically as a reminder.

Barrel Shroud w/ Threaded End

The barrel is fitted with a baffled shroud which drastically reduces muzzle report down to a minimum. The end is threaded and capped for the convenience of adding additional accessories.
